China's Domestic Industry Development Strategies

With the development of the economy and income rise, our residents have changed the consumption custom. Domestic service industry has become the new energy which will motivate the development of service industry. General Office of the State Council had announced the guidance on developing the domestic service industry, which emphasizes the great contribution to national economy. By 2015, our nation will establish multi-level and various forms domestic service market and domestic service agencies, increase the number of personnel, improve the service quality and promote employment problem of rural surplus labor and urban unemployed population. However, there are still many realistic problems and obstacles in the domestic service industry, since it rose late and has not formed the scale.This paper based on the theories of industry evolution, transfer of rural surplus labor force and enterprise management. According to the current domestic service industry's development, it analyzes the potential supply and demand of China's domestic service industry. With the specific domestic enterprise as case, the paper analyzes the operating issues of microscopic domestic enterprises, and designs the domestic enterprise operation mode which is more suitable for domestic enterprise's development, hoping to promote domestic industry's development in scale.By analyzing the potential supply and demand of domestic service industry level and the main problems existing in microenterprise development, this paper presented an industry development path, which will promote the whole industry by developing microenterprise emphatically. As to main problems in the whole industry, such as industry issues, jobholder problem, service content single problem, lack of legal protection, lack of branding construction in domestic enterprise, the paper gave several suggestions to deal with the former problems. It suggested to strengthening laws and regulations of domestic industry, to set up professional training organization, to establish fixed recruitment channel in order to deal with supply gap of domestic industry and employment of surplus rural labor.The innovation of this paper is that in the summary of domestic industry research predecessors, at the same time, take employment problem of surplus rural labor, and domestic industry's enterprise development problems of into consideration. This paper has made macroscopic domestic service industry development and microscopic domestic enterprise operation analysis combined. Meanwhile, it analyzed the existing problems and bottleneck in the industry, in order to promote the industry's development which will be droved by brand growth of domestic enterprises.
