The development of any company or organization needs all kinds of resources, such ashuman resource, material, financial resources, information, marketing and so on. One of themost important resources is human resource. Only in the proper use of the human resources,other resources can play a powerful role. Along with the arrival of the knowledge economyage, the power system reform step speeding up, the competition of power company hasevolved into a talent competition, enable so that the human resources management is faces thenew challenge, the human capital become a powerful enterprise topped the key driving force.The focus of this study by established the index system of human resources demandforecasting and the implementation of forecasting techniques to predict corporate demand forstaff in the next three years. Firstly, L company as the research object, the first in-depthunderstanding of the company’s human resources status quo of L through interviews and asurvey, from the three aspects of the number of employees, the quality of the structure andefficiency of human resources for further analysis. And the problems of human resourcesdemand planning are diagnosed by positions and departments. Secondly, implementing thehuman resources demand forecasting technology. Use the qualitative and quantitativeprediction method to forecast and configuration of L company human resources demand from2012to2014. Finally, make a few points for the smooth conduct of the human resourcesplanning.Through this study, the theoretical knowledge to play a role, and the human resourcemanagement category has further understanding, also for my future work lay a theory andresearch foundation, has great practical significance.
