The 21st century, information technology is represented by the times of global economic interaction. Now, ERP is the behalf of enterprise operations and management of technological progress. Especially for manufacturing enterprises, Input to the ERP is an important step to promote information technology in enterprise management. There are all kinds of defects of performance management system in existing enterprises under the ERP environment; it is forcing enterprises to seek long-term survival and future development, it is essential from a strategic height to consider the issue, as well as corporate decision-making and goal from short-term model to strategic model. So, enterprise performance evaluation must be from the type of purely inward-looking to the type of combination of internal and external. Balanced Scorecard is an important tool for needs of strategic management. Therefore, construction of Balanced Scorecard-based performance management system under the ERP environment is the realization of China's large and medium sized enterprises an essential requirement for long-term development.In this study purposes, the paper built the evaluation system is founded suiting for ERP environment, absorbing the balanced scorecard theory and ERP management thought, using domestic and foreign-related theory and research methods. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and meaning, content and research ideas, as well as domestic and foreign related research. The Second chapter introduces the theory of ERP, performance management methods and Balanced Scorecard theory and method, as well as the correlation between the Balanced Scorecard and ERP system, this is the theoretical foundation for thesis research. The chapter third is on the basis of the second chapter, building the evaluation system is founded suiting for ERP environment and designing indicator system. The chapterⅣand the chapterⅤare real diagnosis part of the paper, through the analysis of the problems of performance management in the K corporate, build the performance management system cost for K enterprises, and conducted further research and analysis. ChapterⅥis the final conclusions, as well as prospects.
