Study On Urban Road Traffic Safety Of Long-term Management Mechanism

Urban road traffic is a complex system of traffic. It includs city planning, management system, investment system and financing system, transportation-demand management,public transport operator's organization, mode of transportation choices,traffic control and management and so on, city traffic is mainly related to many socio-economic and humanities fields such as management, planning, regulations,'TRANBBS'technol-ogy,information,engineering,finance,educa tion, as well as the environment.These problems must be resolved through a systematic approach,the basic approach Solving the system's problem is to set up effective prevention, control and emergency response,regulatory mechanisms,joint implementle-tation of the subsystems to enhance the effective operation of the overall system and to achieve its goal of safety management.In the article,I intend to start from the city to the status of road safety analysis of defect management, through the city national road safety since the accident and characteristics of the basic profiles in recent years, analysing urban road traffic safety at home and abroad of research management mechanism, foreign developed countries town about road traffic safety management, the city has to build a long-term management of road traffic safety countermeasures from building a major city road traffic management mechanisms, to build mechanisms for the prevention of road traffic safety city, building a town road safety control mechanisms, building road traffic safety city emergency response mechanism, building a town road safety regulatory mechanism to study five areas, management of road safety for the city to provide basis for decision-making department.
