Competitive advantage is a key issue for enterprises forever. With the progress of the productive force and the development of the market economic, there is a progress of the competition among enterprises from price competition to non-price competition, as well as from the product itself to outspread of it. During this process, the predominant way of market competition is also changing on the path of "price competition—product competition—service competition—relation competition". In the new economical epoch, enterprises are in a complicated environment of strong relationship network that the relationship capital plays an increasingly important role in the construction of its competitive advantage. Therefore, the research of the relationship capital of the enterprises how to effect their competitive advantage has an important theoretical and practical significance.The passage firstly introduces the research background of the enterprise relationship capital, puts forwards its theme, purpose and content, and then give an account of the theory basis and related research of enterprises competitive advantage, the relationship capital of firms and the function relation between these two. On the ground of it, the passage defines the relation capital of enterprise as researched, and divides the measurement dimensionality of the relation capital into five parts, the relationship between the firm with minority shareholder, with its creditor, with their employers, with their customers and suppliers, and with the society. It also gives the analysis of the effect of relation capital on the enterprises competitive advantage, and comes up with corresponding theoretical assumption as well as concept model. In the last, there is a lot of first-hand data though our questionnaire and survey, with the SEM analytical method, and SPSS 16.0 and LISREL8.70, the passage has an empirical test for the theoretical model and research hypothesis, also made a discussion about the result, so as to confirm the theoretical and practical significance. On the basis of these, it put forward the short of this passage and the research direction in the future.
