Zhanjiang Mobile Innovation Capability Evaluation

Innovation is the inevitable choice for enterprise to develop and compete. In recent years, the telecom industry restructuring,3G license issuance, triple integration, number portability and other negative factors on the way of China affect Mobile's development. ZhanJiang mobile, as a branch of it, is also influenced deeply, which must improve it's management capacity to respond the change of environment, in order to achieve sustained development.Based on the basic theory of management innovation, which includes the quality of management innovation and the results of the management innovation, together with the characteristics of China Mobile and the characteristics of ZhanJiang market, a general management innovation ability evaluation index system has been built. Though it, we found that the philosophy of management, the performation of management, the investment in innovation and knowledge management need to be improved. Base on this, I advise to establish philosophy of sustainable development, implement people-oriented management, enlarge the investment in innovation, excavate and share the tacit knowledge to improve management of innovation capability.There are two major innovation points of this article. First of all, base on the quality of management innovation and the results of the management innovation to built a general management innovation ability evaluation index system. What is more, using Zhanjiang mobile as a case, exploring the innovation capability index system in the branch structure of enterprise management.
