With the rapid development of Internet economy, building a competitive staff in telecom enterprises is the key for current and future development. Facing the personnel development needs of staff, the rigid cost control of management, the competitive pressure of rapid technological development, China Mobile is confronting with mechanism innovation of internal human resource management. Therefore, how to establish a scientific salary management system, make enterprises has sustainable competitive advantage, studying the reform and optimization of salary system about X Mobile Corporation has important practical significance.This thesis mainly used the kind of method integrating theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, discussed the performance based flexible salary administration of X Mobile Corporation. Firstly, based on the theoretical research of incentive salary, analyzed the operation status and salary system of X Mobile Corporation. Secondly, through SWOT analysis, analyzed current problems in human resources management, combining with the corporation'strategic development requirements, refined the design ideas of the salary management. Then, based on the current reform of salary system, optimized the current salary system of X Mobile Corporation and build a performance-oriented flexible salary system. Finally, after assessing the implementation effects, tested practice effect of the optimized system and proposed the corresponding management ideas and corrective measure.Starting from the specific enterprise's practice, this paper researched salary system of X Mobile Corporation, the aim is to solve the practical problems with which the enterprises is facing up in salary management , and create a harmonious atmosphere for enterprises and employees grow up. And provide a reference in the salary system reform for the state-owned enterprises'sales team.
