Research On Talents Trainning System Of Nanning SZ Hotel Based On Expansion Strategy

With the increasing growth of Chinese economy, the tourism industry has become one of the most important industries in Chinese economy, and the hotel industry also obtained high speed development. Some domestic hotels also seize opportunity, implement the expansion strategy, set up chain hotels and strive for the greater development. Nanning SZ hotel is one of these hotels. However, with the implementation of the expansion strategy, SZ Hotel suffers from a shortage of talent, especially the core talent. The reason was that this hotel didn't pay great attention to the training of core talent.First, around the hotel core talent training, a summary is made on current researches on the training of core talent at home and aboard. Then, the author,in light of own practice, study the demand and quality of core talents, how to set up the training system and supporting system. Put forward the possible difficulties and relevant countermeasures.Through the research, this article thought the hotel enterprises want to carry out good expansion strategy, must establish the core talent training system by scientific means, to ensure the hotel get rapid and good development.
