Different from other workers who are offering labour force, knowledgeable staff, Administration staff which is an employee group in pursuit of independence, individualization, diversification and innovation, plays a vital role in the development of a corporation. Currently,The current employment market competition is intense, workers on the employer’s request more and more high。Customers also ask enterprise to provide more good product or more good service. To meet the requirements of the ultimate goal one of the effective ways is to design good staff training system, to improve the management ability of managers and employees, service quality. This article attempts to using construtiong future company group employee training system as the object of study, to elucidate the employee training system of important significance, use of modern human resources management theory, closely integrated with the construtiong future company group’s actual, highlight how to combine the actual of construtiong future company group to build a suitable training system.Firstly, reviewing the different historical periods of training theory, including Taylor’s scientific management theory, scientific management and the emerging system of learning theory. The training focused on training needs assessment are described, the training evaluation theory is also discussed in detail. According to the above theories, combining practice situation.
