Tyco Flow Control has experienced a great development since its entry into China's market, and possessed greater and greater proportion of China's valves import. But at the same time, other valve manufacturers such as EMERSON,FISHER,KOSO,SAMSON, etc. have also already entered Chinese market and got some achievements. Some domestic valve manufacturers also got a considerable market proportion because of low price and quick delivery. Even the competition become more and more severe, but the turnover of Tyco Flow Control has a big increase every year, so the analysis of the market strategy of Tyco will be very signification, for the future of Tyco, and for a better road to domestic valve manufacturers.In this thesis, theories and methods of marketing and management are applied to analyze the Chinese valve market environment and development foreground, In the first chapter, the paper introduces marketing situation and developing of valve industry;In the second chapter, the paper give an introduction to Tyco Flow Control and Chinese valve's market, and SWOT analyses;In the third chapter,Tyco Flow Control marketing strategy analyses , and In the fourth chapter,try to give a suggestion for future development of domestic valve manufacture.
