Real estate industry in China has been developing about 20 years, but there is a tendency in this field in which marketing is overwhelming management. Furthermore, constructing management is overwhelming project management and process management. How to improve management to gain core competitiveness is a focusing problem for most real estate companies against a background of tightened micro-policies and changeable market needs.Based on the working experience, the process and the features of real estate development, this article discusses and probes on some important problems in the project management by taking H Company as the example. Focusing on the difficulties in the project management of H Company, the article presents methods on improving management, quality and efficiency by using the process and organization management theories.The article first analyzes the importance of improving project management of H Company. Secondly, the article analyzes the present situation and potential problems of H Company. Finally, the article presents methods on improving management of H Company.Theoretically speaking, the article is essential to project management and core competitiveness of H Company. Meanwhile, it also plays a guidance role in real estate industry both in Xi Zang region and other minority regions.
