From The Perspective Of Technological Progress, New Interpretation Of The Dual Economy Theory

The role that the technology advancement plays in the economic growth is more and more valued by people. However the early dual economic development model advocated that we realized industrialization and modernization through absorbing surplus labor of traditional department. Its core is that we should solve the question of capital accumulation which classical economics emphasized. The fact also proved that the developing countries which purely took the dual economic theory as the instruction not only did not realize the economical modernization, but also grew a lot of questions and difficulties. Although, afterwards some improvement to the dual economic theory also once mentioned the function of the technology advancement and the human capital accumulation, they did not broken through Louise's dual structure frame. Therefore they cannot solve the problem fundamentally.Through understanding to the substance of the technology advancement—technology advancement is that the knowledge substitutes for the capital and labor. This article believes that the technology advancement has the direct influence to the function of state—economic system entropy that is direct relation to the product ability of the economic system. Moreover, the technology advancement also affects the entropy value of the economic system indirectly through influencing the essential factor structure of the economic system. The transformation of the essential factor structure and the disparity of the productive ability of the essential factor cause that the entire economic system about knowledge has changed deeply—the knowledge economy starts, and the knowledge economy as the independent Yuan becomes the reality gradually. From this, this article comes to the conclusion that the developing country is facing with three Yuan economic pattern. Taking this as the foundation, this article has further discussed in three Yuan economic frame, the new essential factor structure of the developing country, as well as the essential factor flowing of various departments and the economic development question under the condition of the new essential factor structure. Theoretically, this article has the breakthrough to the dual economic theory and contributes to three Yuan economic theory; in the practice, we proposed some new mentalities for the developing country economic development like us under the condition of the knowledge economy.This article is divided into six parts. The chapter one is introductory. It introduces the research background, the research mentality and the frame for the purpose of proposing the question and explaining mentality. The chapter two makes the reference summary to the existing research from two aspects which the relations between the technology advancement and the economic growth and the division about the economic Yuan. The chapter three mainly researches the influence of the technology advancement to the essential factor structure and the technology advancement and the essential factor structure to the economic system entropy. The chapter four mainly elaborates the starting of the knowledge economy from the angle of the technology advancement, and proves that the knowledge economy becomes the independent Yuan. On the basis of this, we have discussed the essential factor structure characteristics of the developing country in three Yuan economic frame. The chapter five elaborates the essential factor flowing of the developing country and the function of the essential factor flowing to economic growth on the basis of the new essential factor structure in three Yuan economic frame from two levels of the non-technology innovation and the technology innovation. The chapter six comes to some important conclusions, the possible innovation places and the deficiency of this article and the question that further researches.
