As a result of the variety social environment and organization environment, thetraditional career theories isn't enough to solves the development request of organizationand employee. The purpose of this study is to disscuss variety social environment andorganization environment how to work on the organizational career management, and toanalyse organization how to develop the organizational career management availably.Thebasic argumentation of this study is: under the variational characteristic of nowadays time,The organization has to be identify the competency characteristic with which employee canproduce outstanding performance, The organization can make use of the competencymodel to help the employee knows what is the predominance and orientation of themselves,and hold the development request and orientation between organizational and employee tobe dynamicy matched. No other then can be achieve the greatness value of organizationand employee. The chapter 1 introduction the contents and purpose of this study,themethod and basic frame of full text.The chapter 2 is correlative theories research, reviewdthe competency theories, traditional person-job matched theories,the organizational careermanagement theories, because this is basic theories in the whole-length text. The chapter 3is an argumentation part. Analyzed macroscopic and microcosmic environment how toinfluence organization career management, demonstrated the necessity of the organizationcareer management which according to competency model, elaborated the strategy oforganization career management which according to competency model. The chapter 4 isan applied case research, which analyzed the effect and problem which is due toactualizing organization career management based on competency model, and then gavedsuggestion of how to improve.
