Under conditions of socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in both internal and external environments, the study and formulation of development strategy and planning of the company and the effective implementation of such planned targets guaranteed by strategy management constitute the strategic parts in management of the company.This Dissertation studies on how to create strategy and planning architecture in adaptation to specific characteristics of enterprises, taking the Huaxing Construction Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HXCC") development strategy and the 11th Five-year Plan preparation and the implementation of management on strategy as background. The means and methods for strategy management is established through appraisal of enterprise strategy, planning preparation and implementation effectiveness. On such basis, this article gives overall and comprehensive introduction on the main contents of HXCC development strategy and 11th Five-year Plan through the true cases of HXCC development strategy and 11th Five-year Plan preparation, and management implementation of strategic planning during the recent period for more than half a year, and explains the methodology for study of development strategy in combination with appraisal of the implementation of strategy planning. this article proposes several points of idea on subsequent study related to topic selection.
