As joining into the WTO, the enterprises live in an environment that changes faster, and face more fierce competition. It becomes a key problem to the enterprises to deal with the challenges brought by complicated Market Economy. The competition among enterprises appears to be the competition among products and technology. But in the final analysis, the competition is for talents. The IT companies face more obvious challenges and opportunities because of the development of Knowledge Economy and update of information technology.IT companies must meet the requirements for building the Learning Organization to get along well with those changes and be the winner in the 21st century. That is to consider talents as the most key factor, and improve employees' comprehensive competence and the organizations' abilities for innovation. So that the core competence of the company can be upgraded. Therefore, this thesis explores the training for IT companies, which is based on the Learning Organization theories.At the beginning part, this thesis states about the meaning, essence, distinction, and practical significance of Learning Organization. Then it analyzes the inspiration for companies to carry out training activities with discussion about the key character of Learning Organization's training. After that, it analyzes the training status in IT companies both inside and outside of China. With the introduction of the successful case, a system model for IT companies' training is set based on Learning Organization theories. The last part discusses about how to implement innovation in training.This thesis is of great importance to the training activities in IT companies under the conditions of Market Economy and to the Sustainable Development of IT companies both theoretically and practically.
