In the era of knowledge economy,the sustainable development of economy will depend on the development of strategic resources,such as knowledge resources and human resources.Human resources are the core resources in the era of knowledge economy.China's economic development has entered a transitional period from focusing on high growth to focusing on high quality growth.Real estate enterprises are experiencing a painful period of transition.How to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is a top priority for enterprises.Human resources are becoming more and more decisive in the competition.Human resources development in real estate enterprises is the core content of human resources management,and is also the fundamental measure to improve the quality of human resources in enterprises.If an enterprise wants to develop continuously,it must strengthen its comprehensive strength and improve its overall quality.It can no longer guarantee the progress and development of the enterprise by relying solely on the personal qualities and intelligence of the enterprise leaders.The truly outstanding enterprises in the future will be those enterprises that can make all the members work together to develop their intelligence and ability to learn continuously.Industry.It is particularly urgent and important to improve the learning ability of the organization.Starting from the background of the times,this paper introduces the development of X Company and the basic situation of human resources by using case analysis method.Based on the theory of learning organization,this paper discusses the current situation of human resources development of X Real Estate Company,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of human resources of X Company,such as enterprise culture and personal values.The integration is insufficient,some employees can not establish a common vision;lack of team learning atmosphere within the enterprise;training methods are not diversified enough;brain drain,high turmover rate,team instability and other issues.Referring to the research experience of learning organization theory and human resource development theory at home and abroad,taking X Company as an example,this paper constructs the human resource development system of X Company based on learning organization theory,and puts forward some solutions from the aspects of changing thinking mode,establishing common vision,perfecting relevant systems,creating learning atmosphere and building learning platform.At present,countermeasures for human resource development in X company are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of human resource development of X Company by adopting various measures from the perspective of learning organization theory,so as to improve the quality of talent and competitiveness of X Company,and to provide reference experience from different perspectives for talent training of real estate enterprises in China,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of real estate enterprises in China.
