Saving is an age-old but a brand-new concept. With the"scientific and evaluative notion"and"a conservation-minded society"are advanced and widely-known by the public,"saving"——this traditional merit——is to be the focus of the society again.Firstly, we need to hold the basic connotation of the word"saving"under the new situation. It is a moderate consumptive view accorded with social average consumption level, which is also based on the suitability of personal consumption and income, and a rational living attitude of utilizing the social resource properly and sufficiently. Under the condition of constructing the economized society, the core of"saving"is resource saving. Saving is marked with the vital value in the field of moral, economy and zoology, scientifically analyzing and integrally understanding the value of saving has the significant practical meaning.The raise of idea"economized type society"experienced the probing step. Building the recourse-saving society is an important decision based on china's long-term economy development, which was brought forward by the new CCP central-leading group headed by the secretary-general Comrade Hu Jintao who aimed at the problem and contradiction of recourse and environment existed in china economy development. The extrusive contradiction is the problem of dealing with the relationship between saving and waste, and resource-saving and domestic demand-drawing. Building the economized society is a long-term and complicated systematical project that needs various comprehensive powers including law, administration, science and culture. This project should be set out from economized government,economy,education,culture etc.
