From the late 1980s, domestic enterprises began to pay attention to their supply chain operation, supply chain management research increasingly relevant Scholars and research institutions' also pay great attention to supply chain management research. Supply chain generally include four categories of enterprises or individuals, they are suppliers, manufacturers, vendors and final customers, suppliers and manufacturers are the first phase of the supply chain, their effectiveness has decisive influence on the whole supply chain. Currently, the study of suppliers and manufacturers in supply chain is mainly focusing on manufacturers, but lack in the study of suppliers' perspective. This may result in lack of theoretical guidance to suppliers, which will scathe their interest. this is what this article concern of.Therefore, this article focus on suppliers, using different theories, trying to establish a suitable transactions & cooperation assessment model on supplier-manufacturer of the suppliers' view. Then the article establish factors related to this model as well as indexes of the interrelationship among them. Later, the article will set up an effective transaction corrective system to make a solution for suppliers. Finally, the article select San-Danfoss: a large mechanical hydraulic equipment company of the United States with a manufacturers trade cooperation to validate the model and the Correction system.The first chapter introduces the background, significance and content of the article. The second chapter summarize the supply chain theory, the vendor selection theory and the customer theory. The third chapter construct the model. Then, in a practical application for the rectification transactions cooperation system and the help of a case for certification; Finally, the articles reviewed, and pointed out the direction of future research.
