Now, economy increase depends on the production, pervasion and application of knowledge more and more than anytime. The appearance of the knowledge economy, for an enterprise, is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge. Only the enterprises, which create knowledge durative, pass the new knowledge to the whole organization and manufacture new technique and production quickly, can always bear the palm in the completes. But the knowledge is based on the lay of person. Person is not only the important carrier, but also the main body of knowledge innovation. Personal knowledge innovation is the base of the enterprise knowledge innovation. The latter offers energy and power for the former. And they also have some differences. Most presently study in this field is at the lay of the enterprise; lack the comprehensive study on personal knowledge innovation.This thesis is divided into seven parts. Chapter 1 mainly introduces the research background, potential, the train of thought, methods and innovative points. Chapter 2 involves those correlative conceptions such as innovation, knowledge innovation, and personal knowledge management theory, which are the foundation of personal knowledge innovation theory. Based on these theories, the thesis put forward the definition of personal knowledge innovation. Then it analyses the relationship of personal knowledge innovation and personal knowledge management. In chapter 3, it analyses the flow of personal knowledge innovation in every phase. In chapter 4, the thesis investigates the main influencing factors and found a model about it. Chapter 5 is the strategies which promote the enterprise personal knowledge innovation based on the study of the chapter 3 and chapter 4. Chapter 6 is a demonstration study, which supports the former study. At last this thesis makes a conclusion in regard to studying achievements, analyzes its deficiencies and puts forward some problems requiring resolution.
