As pace of global economic integration speeding along the whole society, the competition among enterprises focus on talent competition, talent is becoming the key strategic resources for survival and development to be occupied of by each big company. The human factor has become the key factor for enterprises to achieve strategic goals. How to attract talents, retain talent and the use of good talent determines whether the enterprise can gain the initiative in the market competition. Training for attract, and retain talent in human resources system highlighted the increasingly important role.The SL Electronics (Shenzhen) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the SL Company) as the research object, especially as the R&D company, technical personnel and the knowledge talented person’s lack influence company’s development, have to put the past training missing work on the agenda. Therefore R&D team will be the key object of study in this article. First to introduce the RD’s basic situation, development background and future development, second to the human resources management theory, human capital theory and related training system theory knowledge as the guidance and reference to research and development, and many urgent problems of training as the main line, on the current situation of training research, combined with the company business objectives were analyzed and the existing on talent training and goal between the notch, the company focuses on the R&D team training system demand, finally to the R&D department to design a scientific, reasonable, practical training system project, puts forward the SL company R&D team human resource management training work in the future needs to focus on resolving the decisions and measures.SL RD’s current training already could not follow the company ahead of the pace, can not meet the company’s future development strategy needs, must be solved as soon as possible. Under this background, I will design this training system and implement the entire process to identify problems and propose solutions. Through the R&D personnel training needs analysis, training plan and construction is proposed, facilities and personnel to process control, to achieve the desired effect. The entire training system design to change employee idea, create a good atmosphere, adjustment of high skills organizational scale, improve the quality of training and improve the work efficiency, for the business purpose and solve R&D personnel loss, high rate of job-hopping and too young and other problems. In the course of implementing continuous refinement and improvement, constantly enrich the content and a more suitable way. I hope my research work can promote the SL human resources management effectively and reaches a certain effect.
