Corporate culture plays an essential role in acquisition. However most corporations ignore its importance and prefer to control during acquisition, resulting in serious contradiction, lowering efficiency and failure of acquisition. Under such circumstance, we begin our research. In the beginning, we briefly introduce the research circumstance and emphasize the effect on acquisition from culture integration. Then we put forward the theoretic basis for culture integration and introduce the concept, characteristics of corporate culture, the concept, major models and phases of culture integration. Next we introduce the history, business process and market position of Dade Company, and conduct a questionnaire research in order to gather the latest information of Dade Company and have good knowledge about it. Based on the research, we put forward integrating principles and design an integration plan based on merging. At last, insuring measures and major process should be considered. |
