Enterprise performance management and evaluation of the strategic goals of enterprise and business development plays a leading role, a direct bearing on the core business competitiveness and sustainable development. How to create and maintain a good operating performance of modern enterprise management is the most practical and most important issue. Since the 1990s, the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management and performance evaluation tools have been used by many enterprises abroad, and has achieved good results. There is a growing awareness of the strategic management of enterprises to maintain long-term good business performance of important significance. And the majority of poor business performance is not the main reason for the strategic development of the enterprise bad, but the strategy can not be effectively enforced.The author of the S Group, the leaders have gradually realized: in the fierce competition in order to be successful, companies need to continually meet customer needs while increasing efficiency and performance, but focus on financial figures on the traditional performance Management systems tend to make the enterprises of direction, because they overlook the impact of future financial performance of the non-financial drivers, such as business strategy, customers, employees and culture. Therefore S Group to explore performance management and evaluation of the new approach is imperative.In this paper, the purpose and significance lies in: The combination of S group, currently in the performance assessment of the status quo, through the Balanced Scorecard that effective strategic management system and related theories of research, theory with practical application to the S group, and Chinese enterprises so as to provide the performance management and evaluation of the proposed new perspective.The main thesis of this study as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction of a brief analysis of this paper, the research background, and on this basis, the Balanced Scorecard on the cause and basic ideas. Chapter 2: The Balanced Scorecard theories were expounded, the reference to Western countries popular Balanced Scorecard, the proposal of building a business performance evaluation index system for effective ways. Chapter 3: the systematic study of the S Group's construction and application of the Balanced Scorecard. S Group with the actual introduction of the Balanced Scorecard theory and evaluation model, a detailed analysis of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation of the four elements of the Balanced Scorecard on the implementation process, the implementation of the principles to be followed, the Group established a balance of the scorecard evaluation model. Chapter 4: Prospects of the Balanced Scorecard in the S Group's application.In this paper, mainly used the integration of theory and practice, the literature collection, data analysis and comparison of empirical research method, to study the use of the Balanced Scorecard in the S group Performance Management.
