In knowledge economy era, The enterprise competition from capital, product has transformed into human resources competition. Enterprise’s demond for human resource diversification and recruitment of the timeliness makes the traditional human resource management has not successfully meet the challenge. Enterprise must have the quality and quantity assurance talent conveying for development. This requires the enterprise human resources departments form strategic alliances with external human resources service organization actively, communicate with the internal unit in time, and keep good relationship with the enterprise internal talent and external potential talent, meet the enterprise demand of recruitmen in time,flexible to use and diversification.Based on the similarity of supply chain management mode and human resource management model, we put forward the human resources supply chain management mode. Firstly, expounded the research situation of human resources supply chain at home and abroad, put the supply chain management theory and human resources management theory led to human resources supply chain related theory; Secondly is the core content of this paper----the human resource supply chain construction process of enterprise, including the necessity and principle of the construction of human resource supply chain, human resource forecasts for demand and supply, external human resource supplier management, internal configuration management, human resources supply chain information system management, human resources supply chain performance evaluation, in the construction of human resource supply chain process which problems should be paid attention to; Finally, to the BoTe company as an example, analyzed the construction process of human resource supply chain, the effect of after Building the model, demonstrated the feasibility and application of the theory research.This paper mainly use three methods. Normative research and empirical research combined:State human resource supply chain construction process using normative research methods, Building the BoTe company’s human resources supply chain using empirical research method. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are combined:First were used the data analysis, draw some related characteristics description. Comparative analysis method:The companyand most other enterprises’data are compared, found company’s problem.This paper put forward the concept of human resource supply chain accuratly and clearly, expounded the human resources supply chain construction process, put the research and application theory to the practical work of BoTe company. The company has certain effect after building the human resource supply chain, have the corresponding role for improving the company’s human resources management. This paper make supply chain model apply to human resources management, on the one hand, the research content enrich the theory of human resources management connotation, on the other hand, provides a new model for the enterprise human resources management, have certain inspiration and guidance.
