In the era of knowledge-economy, human resource becomes the most important resource for enterprises. Human resource management plays a key role in determining the effectiveness and competitiveness of enterprises. How to use human resources becomes the most important issue for the survival and development of enterprises. The human resource value chain management is the sticking point of HRM, through strengthening the human resource value chain management can effectively increase the competitiveness of enterprises, then the enterprises can gain competitive advantages. The research on issues related to the value chain management of the human resource is included in this article. Firstly, the author reviewed the theories of human resource management and the value chain and the research results of human resource management value chain model. Then the article gave the analysis and evaluation of the HRM of a real estate business by using the human resources value chain management model.The article built a human resources management value chain model in accordance with the model of Michael Porter's value chain by the relevant theory and research analysis from the predecessors. And the author used the model in specific cases on the human resource management value chain evaluation of real estate business in our country. Then the author point out the deficiencies of the real estate business in human resources management. At the end of the article specific measures to address these issues was proposed .
