In this paper, we mainly analyze the opportunities and threats that Spreadtrum Communications Co. Ltd is encountering, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of enterprise after having gotten through the external environment and internal condition by applying SWOT analysis tool and five-power models analysis tool. On the basis of the basic idea and basic location methodology of corporate strategy, the paper argues strategic objectives of the Spreadtrum Communications Co. Ltd and proposes future development of the company's overall strategy and specific strategies as well as corporate support system.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter: to introduce the basic situation of Spreadtrum Communications Co. Ltd, including the company's development, the company's main Business, financial indicators, the company's own research and development capabilities, the company's industry status as well.The second chapter: to analyze the enterprise's macro-economic environment, trade, industry environment, the future of the industry development and market environment. These analyses provide a scientific basis for the future development and positioning of enterprises.The third chapter: to analyze the company's resources and core competencies and to find the company's competitive edge.The fourth chapter: to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, as well as opportunities, threats of Spreadtrum Communications Co. Ltd. by SWOT method. At the same time give the analysis of competitive matrix of SWOT and corresponding strategy choice and tactics measures.The fifth chapter: This chapter is the emphasis of the paper. On the basis of the first four chapters analyzing the company's internal condition and external environment, by the use of idea of corporate strategy and the basic position, according to the company's strategic objectives we put forward the overall Strategy and specific strategies of the future development of the company.The sixth chapter: Based on the quality control, customer service system, foster of customer loyalty, human resources, technology management, and application of information technology management support system we discuss the company's management support system. The seventh chapter: in the face of big subject of enterprise future development, there are many issues which need further discussion. In this section we put forward the issue for future explore: the characteristic of company's human resource, the incentive measures and facing issues after IPO, and so on.
