With the economic globalization and international trade development, the environment problem in international trade has attracted a great deal of attention around the world and it has become one of focuses in the international economic and political society.Thus many countries erect distinct policies regulation and technical standards related to trade and environment. Because of the large gap among countries in environmental technical standards and some defects of law clauses, Green Trade Measures , as a new kind of NON-Tariff Barriers, is more and more important In international trade.On the basis of existing studies, this article analyzes the status and influence of the Green trade measures to textile trade thoroughly and systematically by the method of theoretical and empirical analysis。Finally the article has given the countermeasure on how our textile industry leaping over the Green Barriers.Thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter One introduce the study objective and significance of the Green Trade Measures, and generating background of the Green Trade Measures is also advanced. The second chapter introduce detailed the status and executing reference, which are the measures, labels and laws used in the main countries of the world, including ISO 14000, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, American and Japanese standards and laws. Chapter Three have studied on the positive and ill effects that the Green Measures brought to our textile trade .Further, the Chapter have appraised our textile trade's Green Measures, then analyzed the problem among it. On the basis of the analysis above, Chapter Four propose the concrete measuers to break through the Green Trade Measures. Conclusion and prospect are given in Chapter Five. There are also some measures with future research direction being given.
