Chinese Anti-poverty Action In The International Resource Utilization

As the biggest developing country, China has huge agricultural population and faces serious problem about poverty for a long time. With the reform and opening up and the rapidly increasing economics, China obtain the victory on anti-poverty. Although trying to develop by self is the basic causes to success, using international anti-poverty resources is also an necessary factor. And on the other hand, many scholars either domestic or foreign always concentrate on the theoretical research about china's anti-poverty strategy or scattered international resources and cooperation, which lack of comprehensive research. So this essay will pay attention to the international anti-poverty resources with a comprehensive angle. On the basis of researching data of the World bank and related organizations of United Nations, this essay propose it will be better to deal the international resources with comprehensive angle. And on the basis of a lot of cases, this essay summary different types of international resources, and analyze the experience, existing problems and suggestions.The possible contribution of this essay is to analyze the different characteristics and utilizing means of international resources. Summarized and put forward four kind of international resources utilized model, which are physical and technical resources, capital resources, managerial resources, and comprehensive anti-poverty project resources.
