Based on the thorough analysis on Chinese housekeeping business , this paper pointed that Domestic housekeeping market which hardly affected by the financial crisis has enormous rigid demand and own great potential and development opportunity.Currently the housekeeping market has huge demand which can not meet far behind. Meanwhile in this stagnant period, the increasing overplus labour force make it even more difficult for the migrant worker and graduates to find jobs, both of which are the very suitable candidates for the housekeeping market. In spite of considerable pay, the graduates always feel woking as a housekeeping worker is humiliating, even facing one of the worst job markets in decades. At the same time, more and more Philippine maids owning an international reputation for their high-quality service and high educational level, which entered Chinese high-end housekeeping market, have gained favorable praise and courteous reception.ZhongYou group found that the individual operator accounts for most among more than 600,000 housekeeping agencies in China and the average market occupation rate is less than 0.0018 permillage after primary market investigation. None of these agencies occupy more than 0.1 per cent of the whole market.Due to the inadequate support from the government, without the permition requirement,lacking professional training, it is still has a long way to go to improve the whole domestic housekeeping industry.
