Now our country is occupying the labor force rich supplies time, along with time passing, the superiority of the labor force resources will transform the old age population burden very quickly. If the rich labor force resources during this temporary population dividend time can not be fully tapped, we shall lose the good opportunity through the cash demographic dividend to promote our country's economic development certainly. The demographic transitions make China begin to enjoy the demographic dividend from the 1990s, and the Chinese demographic dividend time will finish in about 2030, revealing the tendency which the demographic dividend will. This paper is doing some research of how much contribution that the demographic dividend makes to the economy increase, and based on the characters of the demographic dividend, at the meantime. Finally, putting forward the achievement channel of the demographic dividend effect and how to face the challenge that from the upper period of demographic dividend tentatively.
