The insurance companies' competition is also concentrated as results of performance competition, performance stands for the insurance company' s real strength, above that, building the scientific permanent management system and doing the performance evaluation is key factor for the corporation to improve its competitive ability, adaptive faculty and stable existing ability.The insurance companies' sustainable development in the market is dependent on company' s strategic orientation and its successful execution In the practice, every company can set down the strategy, but only you execute the strategy the company can succeed. Good performance evaluation system can be the good strategic orientation which can guide the company to form a unification of the development and the strategy. So the insurance performance evaluation can execute the ability of both evaluation and management and be the bridge of linking the strategy making and executing.Life insurance companies currently exploring the performance of system more, Property insurance companies to investigate the performance of the system less, the use of strategic orientation of the Balanced Scorecard performance system on the Property insurance companies is relatively less studied.I use the Balanced Scorecard method from the insurance company's finance, customer internal operating, learning and development four angles to evaluate the performance, and I analyze A property insurance company' s management, to find it' s disadvantage and put forward some corrective actions, and establish Strategy-oriented performance management system of A property insurance company, provide reference for the Local property insurance company.
