Use The Grain Futures Market, Promoting Industrialization And Upgrading Of China's Grain

This paper suggests that one of main reasons of the restriction of upgrading grain industrialization is that the grain future market is imperfect in China, which causes the slow progress of grain industry. According to cobweb theorem, it discusses the essential role of grain future market it should play with the comparison of the present grain industry situation in USA and developed grain future. After analyzing defects of the grain future market in China, this paper suggests what the market should improve and the measures that promote the grain industrial upgrade via building a developed and sound grain future market, programming grain-growing industry, consummating wholesale grain market and establishing new-style rural economic co-operation, etc.
