Wenchang Oilfield Liquefied Petroleum Gas Recovery Project Management

For the purpose to accommodate the domestic and aboard ocean oil exploit development, the paper craftily and audaciously design the project, combining the equipment of the "Nanhai Fenjin" FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units) to reconstruct on the sea directly, and finally to reclaim 80% dimethylmethane from the concomitant gas which decrease the torch flaming greatly, reduce the concomitant gas let of the sea oil fields and realize the good from waste and get nice income of the million dollars per year. The project contributes to the domestic energy building, economic development and the protection of the environments.In the paper, we firstly introduce the main equipment system of the "Nanhai Fenjin" FPSO, and then argue the layout for the practical location and sizes of the LPG reclaiming and export equipment, and discuss the construct design, oil tank design, the produce system reconstruction and design flow optimization respectively in detail.The work is the design part of the project of the "FPSO Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) reclaiming " presided by the Wenchang oil work company who subject by Zhanjiang filiale of ZhongHai Oil Ltd. The project firstly succeeded in Nov. 2006 in the practice. The Nanhai Fensin FPSO produce crude oil and LPG contemporarily, which is an important breakthrough of the skill for the FPSO. To reconstruct FPSO on the sea is very dangerous, which is the first case for the domestic ocean oil and gas field and also uncommon internationally.The space of SPFO is Limited, Transformation In line with the Frame of FPSO and Force.The Program is hard.
