Research, Based On Knowledge Of The Evolution Of Industrial Innovation

What is the essence of industrial innovation? In view of the broad field of industrial innovation and complexity, to give the exact definition and the concept of industrial innovation is very difficult, further to answer the essence of industrial innovation is harder. This paper reviews the domestic and industrial innovation of the situation, the answer to this question in the discussion of choice of knowledge evolution and the relationship between industrial innovation:knowledge constitutes a source of innovation activities which take place, and industrial innovation can not be separated with the internal support of the evolution of knowledge.Firstly, the paper studies the process and mechanism of the evolution of knowledge and then builds up a coordinate axis knowledge model and a system knowledge model, which make up the integration model of the evolution of knowledge. Knowledge integration model based on three considerations. First, the main body of knowledge to learn and use, including individual, team (such as R & D group, interest groups), organizations (mainly enterprises) and social; Second, knowledge of the occurrence and development of the source, that is, the body of knowledge of the practice; third is knowledge itself and types, including explicit, tacit knowledge. Such a consideration breaks the previous practice which studied the evolution of knowledge limited to the internal organization,and meanwhile the introduction of the concept knowledge practice reflects the evolution of the model is a dynamic process. This process is a combination function process of knowledge genetic and knowledge variation,which makes explicit, tacit knowledge in individual, organizational and social dimensions a continuously shift. The driving force of evolution of knowledge comes from knowledge practice of the main body.The performance of evolution of knowledge shows knowledge genetic and knowledge variation(includes change of structure). The trend of evolution of knowledge follows a natural selection process,which is a integrated function of kowledge practice and kowledge convertion.Then the evolution of knowledge to promote industrial innovation in the three typical modes are summarized. Combined with knowledge practice of external factors and market demand factors, the paper establishs a dynamic model of kowledge evolution to promote industrial innovation. The dynamic model of kowledge evolution to promote industrial innovation is based on the specific analysis of the evolution of knowledge and the classification of typical industry innovation. In this dynamic model, this paper closely links to industry innovation and knowledge of the specific mode of evolution.And demonstrates the basic mechanism of knowledge practice to promote knowledge innovation, organizational (business) absorption process and use of knowledge, market demand factors influence on the evolution of knowledge, and knowledge to promote industrial innovation.After this the paper researchs some empirical cases to prove the theoretical model,and also give the case study on knowledge management and knowledge evolution promote industral innovation from the perspective of the company and industry respectively. And give the main study conclusion and policy proposition in the final chapter. Obtain conclusion that industrial innovation is essentially the evolution of knowledge.
