Due to the intensely increasing competition and rapidly changing demand, dynamic supply chain alliance has been the new strategy for modern enterprises to respond quickly to the variational requirements of market, which takes the dominant barnd at the core and forms the integrated superiority of speed, cost and quality. In the more and more detalied division of industries as well as the manufacturing enviroment with coexistence of competition and cooperation, agile supply chain can configurate dispersed resources effectively, pose a virtual enterprise alliance, and enhance it efficiency. Therefore;it has become an important research field in today’s supply chain management.With the development and application of mobile communication technologies, new changes are taking place in all aspects of supply chain, such as the means to obtain information, the structure of supply chain, and even its operation mode.The terminals of supply chain will extend to the mobile end-users, and if necessary customers have to make an interactive consultation with the related partners in that supply chain for their product customization. Furthermore, dynamic integration of services and real-time decision-making are usually required in the mobile operation of agile supply chain.This thesis presented a grid model of agile supply chain for its demand management, service integration and resource organization in mobile entironment.Based on that model, a new operation mode of agile supply chain was established on the platform of E-HUB.By the utilization of intelligent agents and mobile agents, the autonomous intelligent system was designed and applied to fulfill the dynamic consultation in that supply chain. Finally, a prototype system was developed for the processing of flower order and its trade, and verified our solution.
