Migrant Workers Included In The Policy Research Of The Urban Housing Security System

As the process of industrialization, urbanization and modernization is going fast in China currently, a large number of surplus rural labors swarm into the cities, which brings abundant labor resources for urban development. However, most migrant workers find jobs in labor-intensive industry which have lower wages. because of their poor education. Most migrant workers live in simple rental housing in the urban fringe, "city Villages" with poor living conditions and poor social public order. The migrant worker living place shows two main characteristics:firstly, large distribution but small concentration; secondly, the primary living place is the "rental housing" and the "sheds". The problem of migrant workers housing becomes serious prominently, and the call for reforming the social security system is growing. Currently, there is no housing security system for migrant worker in the whole country. How to improve urban housing security system in the process of combining urban and rural area and how to ensure the residential rights of migrant workers? In order to answer these questions, the author identifies the main objective of this study, to develop urban housing security system for migrant workers, in order to promote the sustainable economic development in our country and meet the needs of building a socialist harmonious society. Main elements are as follows:ChapterⅠis the introduction. It introduces the background and meaning for the protection of migrant workers into the urban housing system of the launch were a number of bedding, then social security, housing security and housing security system into the concept of migrant workers have defined. Finally, this study elaborates the ideas, research methods and shortcomings.ChapterⅡfocuses on the analysis of the housing safeguard the correlation theories, including the West social security economic theory, the public product theory, the socialist market economy theory, the socialism harmonious society theory and so on, had expounded integrates the cities housing safeguard system's pressing and the important meaning the peasant laborer, simultaneously also provides the theory support for the following empirical study.ChapterⅢanalyzes the current situation of China's migrant workers, specifically the protection of migrant workers in the construction of housing sub-level, multi-channel home security system in important roles. Migrant workers while the main causes of the housing problem was analyzed for the following proposed protection of migrant workers into the urban housing system, policy ideas and proposals to lay hints.ChapterⅣ,Ⅴintroduces the migrant workers abroad to solve the housing problem of relevant experience and practices, including the United States, Japan, Britain, Brazil and other foreign countries, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin and other cities within the territory, through comparative analysis, summarized some of our country can learn from the lessons learned.Chapter VI in the above theoretical analysis, lessons learned, based on actual work in our country housing security, migrant workers will be put forward into the urban housing security system, policy ideas, including general ideas, policy ideas and relevant supporting policy recommendations.
