Great Site Land Use Zoning Controls

To achieve the objectives as followings:protecting the long-term and overall interests of the society, dispelling irrational utilization and various contradictions as well as ensuring the safety, Inheritance and variety of the site land even protecting and improving the ecological environment and the site conservation, moreover, the social, cultural development and Improvement in people's life, this research advanced the conception of classification and zoning control of land use by the combination of fieldwork, questionnaire, system analysis and literature search.Based on such research methods, this essay, through the analysis on the property and present land-use of the most land resources and the comparison between domestic and foreign practice and experience on the control of land use, analsized the necessity and feasibility of land-use control as well as formulated the aim, principle, social goal, main content and task of this conception. In addition, it suggested the projects and measures towards China's site's land-use and control regulations used in different areas through the study about the types and standards home and seas. This study is designed to illustrate the real balance among site land-use, site conservation, social development and the improvement in people's life.
