Study Of Rural Land Transfer System

The object of study in this paper is the Chinese rural land transaction system. This paper takes the economic theory of Marxism as the instruction, absorbs the theories achievement about rural land transaction system from the domestic and foreign economist, elaborates the development history of Chinese rural land transaction systems' and the current situation and problem of land transaction', and analyze the implementation process and the effectiveness, and described the advantages and disadvantages of the existing circulation patterns and applicable scope, proposed some viewpoints to improve the existing combination pattern according to the regional disparity. At the same time, through t he analysis on the restriction factor affecting land circulation, this article revealed why the implementation of land circulation system is impeded and proposed the corresponding improvement suggestion and the measure, tried to consummate the circulation system of rural land employment right, promote the optimal allocation of land resources, and facilitate the rural land has the high efficiency development.
