Study On The Enhancement Of Commercial Bank(jh) Sub-branches' Management Leadership Power

In the fierce competition of modern society, enhancement of leadership is the key factor of an enterprise's viability and sustainability. The power of leadership in nature is a top organizational strength generated on the integrated basis of quality of leaders, management scheme, leadership environment and certain material foundation. It is the core strength and dynamic source of the enterprise to deal with and win the competition. In the age of knowledge economy, leadership is widely regarded as the most important factor during an enterprise's growing, transformation, and revival.This article analysed the factors and corresponding solutions on how to effectively enhance the power of leadership via reviewing the relevant theories and research on the senior managers of JH bank's sub-branches. We further conducted research in the following aspects:1. Studied current situation of JH bank's sub-branch managers'power of leadership. Incorporated in-depth analysis on personnel recruiting, assignment, training, leadership performance review, the relationship between commercial bank operating model and leadership, and etc..2.Elaborated the significance and measurements of enhancing JH bank's sub-branch managers'power of leadership.3.Established research on the enhancement of sub-branch managers'power of leadership and emphasized the related methods.This article combined the enterprise leadership theory and the practice of leadership enhancement in JH bank's sub-branch managers to conducted comprehensive and full range research on leadership development. It is not only an enrichment of theories, but also a guidance and reference in the practice of commercial bank sub-branch managers'leadership development.
