Humans are the most active factor in the productivity, playing the most important and central role in the process of economy development and society progress. Nowadays, the competition of technology and strength is the competition of humans and human capital on the final analysis. The enterprises with human capital advantages will remain invincible in the fierce market competition. Therefore, the storage quantity of human capital in the enterprises must be increased and the investment and preservation of human capital must be attached importance to.Based on the relative human capital theories, enterprises'human capital investment plays a significant role in the personnel training and quality improvement of employees,enterprises and the whole society. There are many approaches to invest in human capital, and due to the close relationships between human capital and human resources, enterprises can fulfill their human capital investment and increase the storage quantity by the capitalization of human resources. Calculating the economic benefits of training and recruitment is good for enterprises to clarify costs and benefits and increase the economic efficiency of capitalization. Particularly, establishing the philosophy of capitalization, placing great emphasis on education and training and setting the appropriate motivating mechanism are the three measures. There is no need to say the importance of enterprises' human capital investment, and there is no doubt to focus on the enterprises' human capital preservation. Only the human capital obtained by investing is kept in the enterprises and create economic values, can the enterprises' human capital investment have realistic meanings. To realize human capital preservation, the following measures can be taken. First, the salary system and stimulating modes should be adjusted according to the different stages of working time. Second, the salary system should be regulated in accordance with different economy situations. Third, the material motivation and spiritual motivation can be combined. Fourth, the working environment of employees should be improved. The last but not the least, the unique enterprise cultures should be created.
