Resource is an ever-expanding conception. Nowadays, with the fast development of economic, minority culture has become an important part of resource. There are theoretical value and practical sense for people in the ethnic minority areas, using different cultural resources to develop the economic, achieving the interaction between the economic development and culture preservation. This thesis focuses on how the national culture as a national regional economic development resources for development, found the opportunity of the development of national economy by itself.There are four chapters in this thesis. Chapter one focuses on the reason how the minority cultural resource became resource. Analyze its economic features and distributions.Chapter two focuses on how to use the minority cultural resources in the region. There are three parts in this chapter. Part one advances the argument that tourist industry as an entry to the permeability of minority culture. Minority culture penetrates from single products to industries, finally becomes core factor in economic developing. Part two analyzes the important effect of tourism economic in developing and heritage of minority culture. The part three discussed how to integrate the cultural resources and tourism economy from interaction.The third chapter analyzes the problems and the solution during exploited minority cultural resource. This chapter based on the ethnic minorities as agents of development, put forward that cultural resource development should be based on ethnic minority areas to improve people's living standards as the basic. During this, must avoid the misuse of resources, develop it legitimately.Chapter four focuses on a case of minority culture resource exploits in Owenke in Aoluguya, Genhe, to illustrate that national culture resources act in the major role in development of the economic in national region.The expending concepts of resource are the theoretical principle that national culture turn into the important resource to the development of national region. In an intensely competitive market environment, the forming, developing and expanding of the national culture resource make its economic value prominent. It is a creative adaptation of their mode of production and life that minority uses their culture as an economic resource available to the market economy. Cultural resources form the core of national competitiveness of local industries. It is the existence of the minority industry. The minority industries'development and expansion is an important guarantee for regional economic development.Minority culture is not only represented a continuation of an ethnic, but more importantly it can also guide minority people onto the prosperous road.
