National Cultural Tourism In Sustainable Use Of Resources

In the theoretical framework of the demographic&sustainable development thoery, this paper uses the profound knowledge induing the sociology, ethnology, economics and management to study the sustainable use of the human tourism resources by taking the Miao and Dong Nationality Autonomous Areaof Qian Dong Nan in GuiZhou province as an example. This paper puts forward that the human tourism resources development in minority areas has affected not only the sustainable use of tourism resources, but also the enormous development potential and share of the national tourism market due to the constraints of population's low quality, lacking funds as well as the backward planning&management. As for the above said questions, the writer states that the population will play a special role and status during the development of the human tourism resources. By means of comprehensively assessing the human tourism resources in the minority ethnic areas, setting up a set of development&management model which has the function of "External Control" and "Health Management" combined with the members of the Public Administration Sector, Tourism Development Sector, Academic&Cultural Sectors, Visitors and the Local Population, taking a scientific&rational development principles in order to effectively reduce the negtitive impacts on social&culuture by the human resources development, meet economic&social needs by the human tourism resources development, maintain the cultural integrity of human tourism resources, realise the sustainable use of human tourism resources, promote the coordianted & sustainable development of human tourism resources and give a good human tourism resources enviroment to the future generations.
