This passage is bases on the importance of the teaching idea of the round-up quality standard and the background of the curriculum reform, to progress the fine arts teaching of the preschool education of the higher vocational- technical education as the point of penetration;to turn out the preschool education majors who is qualified for the round-up qualities, such as the practical ability, the aesthetic judgment, etc. as the aim. Through the investigation in which some of preschool education graduates who work on the infant education to find out the present situation of the fine arts teaching, teaching method and the relative problems of the preschool education. It is analyzes the reasons of differences between the present situation of the fine art teaching and the training purpose of the preschool education of the higher vocational-technical education. It is also analyzes the necessity of the reformation of the fine art teaching and teaching method of the preschool education. The curriculum teaching should be grasping the characteristic of the preschool education, and carry on reform from the textbook, teaching, teaching method etc.This passage put forward the suitable proposal of the fine arts teaching reformation and development for the round-up quality standard, and the way of teaching evaluation. There is a theoretical meaning towards guiding the fine arts teaching and a practical meaning towards promoting the curriculum reformation and preschool education development.
