From 1950s to the beginning of 1980s, once the social transition was discussed inthe international academic circle drastically. Later, the emergence of new men, newworks and new school was still continuous. Under the academic background like this,Professor Hou Jianxin who teaches in the history & culture college of Tianjin NormalUniversity initiated a entirely new school which is called "the theory of individualpeasant' s strength" in this field at the beginning of 1990s. Several years later, heconcluded that the transition from traditional feudal society to modern capitalist societyof West Europe, including Britain was rooted in the forming and development of threemechanisms, including productive economic activities' defensive mechanism of lawwhose central factors are productive rate of agriculture, pre-primitive accumulation andsubject right, and so on. The essay is aimed at studying the relationship betweenpeasant's family's savings and defensive mechanism linking to part of Englishhistory which is related to it, using theoretic tools of development economics andDurkheim's sociology and gaining some new ideas, such as social vector, coercivenessetc.. Furthermore, I conclude it to the result of the interaction between economic powerand social vector. In addition, I try to seek some experiences that can be learnt by China.
