On The Cultural Quality Of The Culture Of Music Among Students

Music is the distinctive spirit culture which is created out by human being in the process of the practice living. Popularizing education of music, and improving people's music quality especially the college students'music culture quality are related to the knowledge composition and ability range of the future talented people, and these also have far-reaching meaning to mold the inter-disciplinary talents who are all-round development. Therefore, the research of training the college students'music culture quality has a profound realistic meaning.In the beginning, this paper discusses about types of culture and connotation of quality education, and then on the basis of intellectual culture it also talks about the position of musical culture in quality education. It is necessary to have musical culture quality education and improving the college students'music culture quality has an important realistic meaning, which is, artistic influence of the music has an effect on improving the college students'culture quality, it also has an effect on improving the college students'all-round development. At the same time, it can improve the construction of campus culture and build a socialist society with advanced culture and ideology.Through the method of combining survey and document data, this paper has summed up the present situation of current college students'music culture quality and the problems existing in the cultivating of the college students'music culture quality. The problems are as follows; music appreciation is not deep, music comprehension is bad, lacking music knowledge commonly, handle ability is not good, and the effect of study and expectation are inconformity. The present situation is caused by many reasons, for example, colleges don't take improving the college students'music culture quality as a serious problem, art education is short of normalization and institution, music education lacks standard administration, moral trainers are not qualified, music teachers cannot play important role at colleges and so on. As a result, the lack of cultivating students'music quality at colleges is the biggest problem in music education.Taking all factors into consideration, this paper gives countermeasures to improve the training of college students'music culture quality. Firstly, we should change concept, enhance the recognition and take the development of college students'music culture quality seriously, including the country, school and student. Secondly, we should reinforce the administration and leadership of the colleges'art education, build a scientific administrative system of art education, and perfect the long-acting mechanism of music education from different aspects such as institution, organization, personnel , measures , valuation and so on. Thirdly, we should perfect the teaching administration system of music culture quality education, choose the rational music courses, build rational curriculum, and teaching methods and means should be flexible, too. Fourthly, we should reinforce the construction of music teaching staff; improve the music quality of moral trainers, set up a team which is the combination of amateurs and professionals. At last, we should emphasize art practice; make use of the student music corporations to popularize music culture and improve the college students'music culture quality by plentiful campus culture activities.
