Chinese textbooks, occupy a very important position in Chinese teaching progress. It is the overall design of the textbook writers, and it is the concrete embodiments of learners acquire knowledge and skills. At the mean time, it is teachers' main source and the main basis of teaching. Practicing is an important part of teaching in the topic request, but not simply equals to organize learners to finish exercise. It is a representation of how to consolidate knowledge and strengthen the training of skills.Short-term Chinese classes' basic task is to develop the students' communicative competence, and oral communication practice is the overture, in the teaching activity plays a very important role in setting the practice teaching can often decide a success. But now in teaching Chinese as a foreign language teaching practice, although the design has greatly improved, but still lacking theoretical summary and sublimation. We select these two textbooks which are named "Speed-up Oral Chinese" and "Good:Primary Oral Chinese". And this paper attempts to carry on the analysis comparison and contrast, the statistical method, combining the related theory of communication to inspect them in practice, and the design of teaching practice summarizes some kind of writing and using reference and suggestions. Mainly from the following several aspects:From the point of macroscopic view, we considered practice writing principle, structure mode, the style of practice, and test topic quantity. Then we focused on these two sets of short-term intensive Chinese primary teaching practice, thinking and analysis. This part to analysis from four aspects:first is the voice part, we all known that the first task for learners is to master pronunciation. Only establish good knowledge of the voice system, you could continue your learning. And it's harder for short-term students whose study times are limited; Second is the vocabulary part:we focus of the investigation on the understanding and using vocabulary in this paper; Third is grammar part:lots of people think that grammar problems exist from the initial stage to a higher stage. But in contrast, the basic grammar study in the initial stage is more important than future study, and it also laid a good foundation of grammar study; Forth is communication part:since the communicative practice is the ultimate goal of language teaching, and is to develop learners' communicative competence, which have been widely accepted, and it is known as expression of practice reflected in the textbook, commonly.Language acquisition depends on practice, but the set of practice must consider the target language itself and the learners. The ideal practice should be in the design for the learners, on the one hand is to help learners to reduce the pain of transition and transformation from native language to target language, on the other hand, it also can develop the interests of learners to keep studying.
