Into the twenty-first century, with the increasingly rapid development of science and technology, competition among countries around the world is becoming increasingly fierce, and this situation gradually evolved into the competition between national talents. Produced in the sixteenth century, the traditional class teaching system meets the needs of large industrial production, while more and more shortcomings of its own are exposed. First, in the large classes teaching, the individual characteristics of learners can easily be overlooked. Secondly, learners' motivation to learn can't effectively develop. Last, a unified evaluation method easily cut off the interest of learners and enthusiasm.A new round of curriculum reform of basic education beginning from this century in our country not only reflects the people-centered philosophy of education, but also focuses on the students'personality training. However, the status quo of education in our country is that "new ideas, old methods," exists in the actual teaching of most schools. The traditional teaching methods not only fail to reflect the focus on the student's educational philosophy, but also can't fully stimulate their motivation to learn. Layered teaching largely conforms to the new curriculum reform. This new teaching model not only broke the limitations of Class School and it can optimize the teaching process under current conditions. So the new teaching organizational mode is a profession and actively explores in the current theory and practice.Reference and learning the methods and results of previous studies, we start leveling teaching based on the development of domestic and foreign origin and teaching the theory of hierarchical sorting out the system.Combined with the layered teaching practice of S school in X city, the author makes in-depth investigation and reflection and attempts to provide a trace of a favorable draw for our teaching practice through the preliminary inquiry to layer teaching under the new Curriculum.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, questionnaires, interviews, classroom observation etc. It focuses on analysis the implementation process and initial results obtained of the layered teaching in this school.By summarizing achievements and problems in practice, we can offer a few suggestions to other schools under the new curriculum reform to refer to.
