Compared to traditional retail trade, online shopping has the advantages of lower price, more goods and rapid information. It breaks the boundary of time and space restrictions on the retail market and doesn't subject to geographical restrictions. Consumers can decide to purchase or not conveniently and independently. However, as a virtual network platform, buyers don't contact the entity objects and lack the direct shopping experience. So, the shopping websites have an important effect on consumers'purchase decisions. Supported by new mode and new technology, shopping websites open up new areas of communication, which gather many media forms, such as text, image, video, sound and animation, and combine internet and interactive technology to be more active and interactive. In this paper, the author uses Taobao as an example, analyses its website design to discuss how to apply these new media and new technologies to achieve comprehensive and multi-sensory information dissemination , thus providing a good, safe and reliable service. In the new media era, to achieve comfortable and convenient life, we should try to make online shopping into a new shopping mode of a high rate of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and acheve individual needs of customers'response. |
