The aging of population has already become a tendency to the whole world, which is, particularly grim in China. With the social economic development, family structure transformation, and traditional moral concepts changing, the original old-age supporting system appears to can't meet the demands of the aging population development. Combined with the merits of old family endowment system and the social supporting system, the modern family endowment pattern, which both meets the reality of"an incoming aging society while the pressure of seeking social prosperity", and caters to the diversified needs from the elderly, has attracted the wide attention from the various circles of society.This article firstly tracing back to the bringing forward of the family endowment concept, & analyzing the characteristics and advantages of such mode; secondly, starting with the theory of community service, government function, new public service and social welfare diversity, comparing the classic promotion cases of both domestic and overseas, and finding out the key point and the breakthrough point of advancing the family endowment concept.The whole article will take the launching of family endowment service in Wuxi Nanchang District as the example, through the investigation & research of the living condition, home care situation, health status, and old-age supporting demands, proceeding with the aspects of power advancing, main participating body, supporting networks, and service items, analyze & pin out the root cause of stagnant family endowment advancing movement, clarify the necessity of taking joint efforts from government, market, community and family during the endowment promotion levels, and meanwhile, considering the reality of Jinkui community, put forward the countermeasure and proposal which is accord with the present community family endowment service.
