Study Of The Transition Of Guangxi Culture Of Clean Government

Since the concept of incorrupt government culture was first written into political report of the Chinese Communist Party at the Seventh National Congress, many experts and scholars have set off to study incorrupt government culture. After discussing the definition, function, significance and other aspects of incorrupt government culture, they have begun to research deeper theory. Based on the summary of the research theory, they have begun to research the effective strategies. On the basis of systematic framework of incorrupt theory, they have begun to change research from macro fields to micro case study.Incorrupt government culture as a phenomenon of human culture consists of object level, institutional level and spiritual values level. Incorrupt government culture is deepening along with the expansion of national anti-corruption in every country. In contrast, the foreign culture of incorrupt government pays more attention to the system's external constraints,Chinese people have advocated for incorrupt government culture since ancient times and emphasize the subtle influence of cultural traditions especially hoping to have the internal constraints of moral self-discipline. Communist Party of China combines Marxism theory of anti-corruption culture with Chinese traditional virtue, putting new meaning, requirements and values of the incorrupt government culture. In recent years, with the development of the education system, punishing and preventing corruption has intensified and incorrupt government culture progress in full swing in the whole country. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has achieved considerable success, summarizing their effective experience and valuable practices, in order to promote more actively.Based on a large number of research results in China and some successful experiences of other countries, this thesis puts forward some strategies about incorrupt government culture of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The thesis can be divided into the following sections: chapter one, introduction, it describes the reason and significance of the selection of this subject, introducing the ideas and methods of the research, sorting achievements of domestic and foreign research and defining the related definitions. Chapter two describes Chinese experiences in the ancient and modern period, foreign experiences and methods of clean government. Then the article concludes the enlightenment on how to build our incorrupt government culture. Chapter three introduces carrying out the practice of clean culture in Guangxi. Chapter four gives some advice about how to construct clean and honest culture in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
