New media which is rapidly developed on the basis of digital technology has become an important turning point of human history. Development of new media infiltrated into all aspects of social life and changed human’s life habit and social actions. All of these show that the entire community proceeds to new media age. In this era, new media provides a variety of new ways and approaches to human beings for personal and social business that makes people more energetic in real world.Government and public are main parts of the government credibility.Government and public communication more efficient, more clear on mutual recognition, the credibility of the government building can be guaranteed. Media is the most important bridge of communication between government and public and response to amplification and reduction of mutual relations between them. So media change the social environment while moving forward.
